March 2014<\/p><\/div>\n

Dear Parents,<\/p>\n

Many thanks to all of you for participating in special ways to make our Valentine\u2019s Day celebration a memorable experience for our children! They had a wonderful time as they shared their treats and cards and said, \u201cI love you\u201d to each other.<\/p>\n

It was a very busy month for the International Preschool and Kindergarten. Many thanks to our parents who took time out of their busy schedules and presented their jobs and told us about their careers both at school and at their own offices. If, in the future, they, our children, choose to be doctors, nurses,<\/p>\n

dentists, scientists, engineers, basketball players, musicians, journalists, teachers, etc. who knows, maybe you will have had a hand in it? Our first guest was Ms. Oya Birdane, Oya\u2019s mother, who is a teacher at the Ankara University. She explained\u00a0us what economists do with chocolates and candies. We enjoyed her\u00a0visit a lot. I believe that<\/p>\n

we have quite a number of future to be economists among us.\u00a0Thank you Ms. Birdane. Mr. Roy Grottheim, Sarah\u2019s and Rachel\u2019s father, who is a colonel of the Norwagian army, visited us. It was so nice to see a soldier at the school. He was boys\u2019 favourite. Thank you Mr. Grottheim.<\/p>\n

Mr. Olivier Stocchi, Clementine\u2019s father, who\u00a0is an engineer, visited us. He explained how they found the gasoline under the ground. The rocks he brought us attracted a\u00a0lot of attention. Thank you Mr. Stocchi.<\/p>\n

March 6th, 2014<\/p>\n

Mr. Julius Van Roemburg, Erlijn\u2019s father, who is an archeologist, visited us. He brought us a book and showed us how they worked. He also brought Erlijn\u2019s photos on the field. Thank you Mr. Van Roemburg.<\/p>\n

THEMES OF THE MONTH:<\/p>\n

We had prospective engineers after these visits. We visited 312 Dental Clinic and learned about how to keep our teeth healthy and without cavities. Each<\/p>\n

child had a check up. Our children enjoyed this field trip a lot.<\/p>\n

Dr. Seuss\u2019 Birthday World Library Day World Math Day St. Patrick\u2019s Day Earth Day Donation & Recycle; Color of the month; Green ANNOUNCEMENTS: March 3, Dr. Seuss\u2019 Birthday March 7, Library Day and Costume Party. Children will come to school with their favourite book character\u2019s costume.<\/p>\n
